Presentation for the "Raum Zeit Risiko 2017" Oct. 27th 2017

Human beings degenerated to right/left idiots - and sometimes confuse both directions. Average people have almost zero awareness for locations, directions, cardinal points, distances or angles. In 2015, 700 people died in Mecca because they ran uncontrolled. 

This year, loudspeakers will be installed within the Oktoberfest. But which will be the announcements for the idiots and the others? "don't panic and run to the right"?

Imagine you're within a shopping mall, a stadium, the Costa Concordia etc. and you hear the following announcement:
"alarm, run to exit F".

What's wrong on that? The address! The division of the horizon into 12 directions acc. to the Munich Orientation Convention will change this situation. Imaginary clocks are used by soldiers, boy scouts, the blind, pilots etc. for more than 120 years, why not architects, cartographers etc.? Because nobody before had the motivation to improve this time/space convention [*], e. g.:

f12 = in front of you                  (f3 = right hand etc.)

m12 = north                                 (either from your body or from another relevant point)

Basing on the logical urban address and the logical room number of the RZR17, it will be explained and tested how the participants would have found the building and the conference room more easily and how it is possible to evacuate the room, the building and the city when only loudspeakers are available.
