This site shall demonstrate the difference between actual maps and those which simply include the circle r100.

r100 is a radius circle around an urban pole called "m0", in this case the Pearl tower.
The radius can be 100 blocksOfHouses / 10 km / 100x100 yards and this tool should become a standard for fast orientation purposes.

This innovation allows to form urban location codes as a quantified alternative to "here", post codes or lat/lon.
Such a quantum jump bases on the following Munich Orientation Convention for imaginary clocks:

m12 = direction from m0 to north,
m3 = to sunrise,
m6 to south

etc. The 12 main directions are also called "horizon hours" and this method divides the city like a cake into "hour" sectors.

It is recommended to make the following exercises using the imagination:

1) Where are the following locations?:

- m3 r50

- m5 r150

2) What's the location code of the actual address "here" ?

Just one more convention for horizon "minutes" as the distance to the basic "hour"
allows to form codes for crossings, stations, stop points, bridges, tunnels etc., see MagicGrid
